Thank you for choosing Tray Innovations! We’re committed to delivering innovative, high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Sample kits are non-refundable,      but we’re happy to assist with product feedback or future orders. 

1. Contact our team at info@trayinnovations.com with      your order number and reason for return.
2. You’ll receive a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the product back using a trackable method. Return      shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is      due to a defect or error on our part.  

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval      status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.  

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
